Cell profiling endoplasmic reticulum.
High throughput confocal microscopy
The NMI infrastructure enables large number of fixed samples to be imaged in 96 or 384 plate format using laser scanning confocal microscopy. This is ideal for studying cells and subcellular structures or individual proteins in situ.
The Cell Profiling facility at the KTH node offers a pool of 47,000 antibodies through the Human Protein Atlas project, that can be applied for immunofluorescence in a broad range of cell types.
