EMBO Practical Course: Advanced methods in bioimage analysis

This advanced course on methods in bioimage analysis concentrates on teaching cutting-edge concepts and tools for quantitative image analysis and will seek to upgrade the competencies of future bioimage analysis experts on both theoretical algorithm advancements as well as on practical implementation skills.

National Microscopy Infrastructure

NMI is the Swedish infrastructure for advanced microscopy in life science. NMI is supported from the Swedish Research Council and cofinanced from the participating Universities, KTH – Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm University, Umeå University, Uppsala University and University of Gothenburg.

The mission of NMI is to provide the life science research community with access to unique competence and instrumentation in microscopy. NMI also coordinate national and international knowledge exchange in microscopy and is the Swedish node in the European Infrastructure – EuroBioimaging.
