The Centre for Cellular Imaging is a core facility that integrate both Light and Electron microscopy. Our vision is that the CCI will allow users to think broadly and select the best possible instrument(s), light and/or electron microscope(s), to provide detailed answers to their scientific questions at the highest resolution.
The NMI facility for intravital microscopy (IVM) is currently under construction at Stockholm University. This open access facility called IVMSU will be incorporated in a new research laboratory for studies of living rodents (mice and rats). It will be equipped for a broad range of IVM-applications that require both multi- and single-photon microscopy
The Advanced Light Microscopy (ALM) facility provide state-of-the art superresolution fluorescence microscopy for nanoscale biological visualization. The cell profiling facility provides high-throughput multiplexed profiling of protein targets in individual cells
The facilities for advanced fluorescent imaging and electron microscopy collaborate to provide state-of-the art super-resolution microscopy, live cell confocal microscopy, atomic force microscopy, scanning and transmission electron microscopy, cryo-preparation and sectioning equipment
